Cody Steinmann

Cody Steinmann, aged 30 and based in Milwaukee, has achieved notable success in his music career, including being featured on tracks with artists like Ben Williams and collaborating with JD Allen and Solomon Parham on an upcoming record.

He plans to continue composing, producing, leading bands, and teaching in the future. His musical inspirations span a wide range of genres and artists, from jazz legends like John Coltrane and Wayne Shorter to contemporary icons like Kendrick Lamar and Travis Scott, as well as metal bands like Through The Eyes Of The Dead and Job For A Cowboy, and jazz guitarists Charlie Christian and Grant Green.

However, Cody has faced significant challenges in his life, including battling addiction to opiates from a young age, from which he got sober at 16. Additionally, he recently experienced a traumatic event when a stray bullet penetrated his condo.
