BBE Jayy

Hailing from Chicago, IL, BBE Jayy has always had a passion for music whether he knew it or not. Growing up 2 blocks away from the Cabrini Green projects (where Polo G grew up) he has always enjoyed the Chicago music scene. BBE Jayy always had a musical drive but didn’t pick up the microphone and start dropping anything until 2020. BBE Jayy started recording on his Apple Headphones and BandLab, and his music started picking up local steam. Songs like ‘Immaculate’, ‘Letter 2 My Mom’ and ‘BBE In The USA’ were local hits and got the attention of many people. Despite all of this success, BBE Jayy was striving for more. He valued being a true creative, and for that reason he focused more on starting his own clothing brand ‘WRLD Is Yours’.

Still refining his skills in music, he also developed a passion for making beats. Balancing all of this with being a student at Indiana University, Jayy’s one message FORTHEYOUTH is to “re-up on the Jamal Pack”. BBE Jayy’s motto is ‘Family First’ and he even has it tattoo’d on him. Jayy wants to go down the A&R/Marketing path in the long run, but he is not letting go of his creative roots.
